IMPLAN Professional is an economic impact assessment modeling system. IMPLAN allows the user to easily build economic models to estimate the impacts of economic changes in their states, counties, or communities. The IMPLAN system is comprise of two pieces purchased separately. The first is the IMPLAN Professional software. The second piece is the IMPLAN database. You need both software and data to create an economic impact model.
